Letting JARVIS update my resume

I've been updating my resume by hand for years. Once a year I'd sit down, try to remember what happened, type it into a document, and hope I didn't miss anything. I even kept a subscription to Resume-Now, which was good. It gave me a layout that looked like a resume and a place to keep a version, so I wasn't starting from a blank page every time.

Then I realized I didn't have to manage it as a separate project anymore. JARVIS already has a vault of the conversations we've had, work included, and I asked it to take the resume I had and update it from that. Same idea as when I moved the blog off Pelican. I already had the files. I just hadn't asked yet.

The details don't belong here. The interesting part is I was still tending a résumé by hand, even with a decent website doing some of the work, while the notes that would have written it were sitting in the vault the whole time. Same kind of sitting-at-the-machine moment as Bare Hands. Pretty neat stuff.
